How studio booking works.
No hidden clock. Your reserved time is yours, and the setup and teardown windows sit outside it.

Welcome
- Using any of the studio’s furniture, décor and props
- Rearranging the space for your shot — just put it back where you found it
- Clients, families and children, supervised at all times
- Cake smash and messy sessions, with prior approval
Please don’t
- Attach anything to walls, ceilings or windows — no nails, screws, tape or adhesives without approval
- Stand on furniture that wasn’t built for it
- Use rolled seamless paper backdrops for cake smash sessions
- Leave surfaces, props or trash behind at the end of your slot
Cake smash sessions
Cake smashes are welcome, but they need approval first so we can protect the flooring and finishes.
Rolled seamless paper backdrops can’t be used for these sessions. Anything involving cake, food, paint, glitter, confetti or powder needs the green light in advance, and residue is the photographer’s to clean up.
Ask when you book — it’s a quick yes in most cases.
Care & damage
Leave it as you found it.
Return furniture, props and décor to their original spots, take your belongings and trash with you, and wipe down any surfaces you used.
Spaces left excessively dirty carry a $50 minimum cleaning fee. Anything damaged beyond repair or missing afterward is billed at full replacement value, payable within 10 business days of the invoice.
We’re not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property, or for injuries during your rental — the renter is responsible for everyone attending the session.
